Strychnine 03:24
Why have I been cursed to live? I've lived a thousand times. Each time no escape of death. I've died a thousand times. The same stone my hands are tied to, Will be the one to drag me down. I have been damned to this, I'll be crushed a thousand times. You've no obligation to pity me, I know what will come, I've seen it before. The very world that we've been nailed to Will be the one to drag us down. You see the sun? The one above you? We will fall into its grasp one day. I've born a thousand times. I remember each life I've lived. How did it ever get this bad? I can't believe what I've become. Why must I be cursed to live? Every body that I've been nailed to, Every world I couldn't leave. Why must I remember all of them?

Oh, the world I left behind Sound asleep, high in the pines, When your heart is close to mine, We'll run out in sunshine. Gracefully embrace the wind, Summertime is coming in. When I was hung-out on clothespins, I saw the crows closing-in. Alas, the love I'd thought I had Drug-out in a plastic bag. Bring me Ted, and bring me Chad, The sounds they make will drive me mad. The birds watch me as I sleep. Through the leaves, I see them peak. The dull mutter of the creek, Much too tired now to speak.

Such a stupid thing To be fed alive. A lowly fucking vermin, Not fit for sacrifice. Tear off her legs, She won't mind. Take whatever's their's, Now, its mine. Swallowing nuts and bolts, The stomach lining rips. Gauging out our eyes With unfolded paper clips. The waves that crushed her legs Took all her sister's hair. Leave your burdened sentiment, It will get you nowhere. Man, woman and child, Taken in the wreck. The wolf will find its teeth In the rabbit's neck. The worms in the horse's flesh Bursting through their host. I didn't make the world this way But know it will kill us both. Corpses carry germs, So we had to burn our dead. Our teeth shine like little diamonds, Our eyes glow blood-red. The waves that crushed her legs Took all her sister's hair. Leave your burdened sentiment, It will get you nowhere.

Three hours melted away at the San Francisco airport, Your new Disturbed shirt drenched in sweat, Oh my God, just shoot me now. Downloading tranny porn On your grandmother's DSL. Your room in permanent disarray, Yeah yeah yeah. Semen encrusted on your crotch, Buy your dinner down at the Dollar store. The whole world's just a gnat stuck in your eye. Hot puss oozing out your lip. Hot fuzz riding down your walls. A seat for two In the Asscrack Amphitheater, yeah yeah yeah.

To think it would end this way, Never in my life, Would I have thought of something so trite, That this would end my life. You saw me lying there, Cracked my head, now I'm dead. I fell down the stairs, My open head, now I'm dead. The flower's outside your window Swaying in the wing. The beetles in your carpet, Sorry I let them in. The things we think the least of, We'll miss in the end. You'd better learn to love the rats, They'll eat you once you're dead. Grey matter hanging out, The bone fracture gleams. My blood stained in your carpet, Sorry I can't help clean.

Moody 02:49
You stood over her, Most things end the same. The snow will cover us, Like it does most things. They won't know you're gone, Once you've gone away. After you have died, They, too, will decay. Feed me to the fire, Just see if I care. Tear out all my bones, Tear off all my hair. You pray to your God. Why do you bother him? That sun has fell before, That sun will fall again.

Minotaur 04:27
Push the stick in through the eye, Stretch-out like a shadow, A hundred feet under and you Cry as you die. Whimpers like a beaten dog, Baby dead birds chirping and Bleeds black blood til the bag Turns black. Girl takes baths And the pieces dissolve off You could catch a finger or a cold Or a leg. Minotaur, mini-taurus, Picking teeth out my dogs mouth, Closed-in metal spaces, Splashed in green and red and green and Cartoon animals fucking and The kids get in for free. Hotel rooms and cats in heat, Little paper hearts. Empty whiskey bottles and The smell of flesh that's burning And the children in a circle all sing; “KILL ME!”

Oh, my father's gone Straight back down the road to Hell. Took my money, left that place.

Teeth Marks 05:05
I will always be afraid, I will always be ashamed. I will always carry your teeth marks in my neck. I will always carry your bullet in my hip. I will always be in debt. I will always be what's left. I will always be the worst Thing you ever see. I will never get to forget. And each day I feel I'm like you. Always crashing through windows just like you do. Always busting down the door on the way outside. Always sinking my teeth in anything I find. And like the snake hid in the grass, I'm always what's expected last. And like the hound waiting at the door, I'm always just where I was before.

Your guess is as good as mine.

Rats 02:53
Is it so much to ask? Could you just leave me alone? My legs will be crushed immobile By the single damning stone. When the cat falls dead, The rats will eat its flesh And they'll laugh, They'll laugh, They'll laugh. My eyes glaze over in dissonance. My mouth can't even spit. My heart beats fast in aggravated spite. My blood just boldly sits. Vines wrap themselves 'round my legs, A thousand crows pick-out my eyes. The ears of which they fall upon Feign deafness to my cries. Oh, pity is an arbitrary gesture, There are no tears to be shed. Oh, joy is something that I'll know When I can finally lay down dead.

about

"Random Disposable Jungle Noise" was initially the name of a collection of songs I had ripped onto CD's and dispersed to a few friends some half of a decade ago. That collection featured the first 10 of the tracks I am reuploading here, as well as some others that are no longer included (I don't like them as much). Probably all of maybe 7 people have heard them over the last couple years. Most of (but not all of) the tracks listed here date back to 2011. I have come to like these recordings more than most of the ones that would pop-up later on "My Wonderful Life" or "Creepy". Most all of them were day projects, random bursts of "productivity", in some sense of the word, recorded in my room or at a friend's house, written and recorded in the same day. A lot of the times the production is really scrappy and amateur (not that it has ever not been); I remember that in "Minotaur", specifically, I plugged the guitar directly into the mixer, which is a really horrible idea. These tracks represent to me my "formative years" in music; I was either in or freshly out of high school when I made most of them, and they are something that I can romanticize in a really neurotic way, indicators of a younger self experimenting and playing with sounds before developing any pretenses about the art form.

Both of the earlier recordings of "Hot Fuzz" are included as demonstration of how the idea for it has shifted and developed into the version that is now on "My Brain is a Hole That The Weather Won't Reach". "I Want to Die" was recorded spontaneously some Christmas Eve a hundred years ago; obviously, I was in a pretty pissy mood. "Rats" is something I have little to no memory of ever recording and rediscovered while randomly sifting through cloud storage. "Rosey and Delicate" seemed to me to be the ideal closer; all play and no song.

The cover is a picture of Jane's stove.
